I can't recommend IDEA enough as an alternative schooling option. As a person who works with students to help them find alternative pathways to schooling as well as post school career options, I have recommended IDEA many times. My own child graduated from IDEA with three VET certificates and a resume that is packed to the rafters after two years. So many opportunities available as they are not hindered by the normal school parameters. Thanks to IDEA my child has flourished, I know he wouldn’t have done so if he had stayed in mainstream.
