When you enter the building, head towards the concierge desk and turn right. You’ll see a sign for IDEA. Head down the stairs.
Lifts are also available. Please ask the concierge as you will need a swipe card to enter IDEA if using the lifts.
For after hours access e.g. for information sessions, please enter via the Parmelia Hilton hotel, 14 Mill Street. Turn left as you enter the Hilton foyer and go through the large double doors to Parmelia House. You’ll see signs to IDEA from there.

The IDEA office is open from 8:30am–4pm.
